Terms of Service

Effective date: 5 July 2026.

1. Who we are, and your acceptance

KnowMBA(the “Service”) is a self-study exam-preparation website operated as a sole proprietorship in Karnataka, India. By creating an account or continuing to use the Service you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility (18+)

The Service is for adults only. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, and you confirm this by an explicit declaration at signup. We do not knowingly serve minors.

3. Your account

You sign in with a Google account. Your account is personal to you: keep it to yourself, and tell us at the contact below if you believe it has been compromised. One account per person.

4. Your license — personal, non-transferable

A purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-commercial license to access the study content included in your plan, for your own exam preparation. It is a license to access, not a sale of the content itself.

Your Complete plan gives you a full year of access to your exam’s study content — the question bank, lessons and mock tests — starting from the day you activate it, and it is renewable for further years. Content is added and corrected throughout your year at no extra cost; where an item is tied to a particular exam cycle it is labelled with that cycle, so we do not promise that every item stays perpetually current.

5. Acceptable use

You agree NOT to:

  • scrape, crawl, bulk-download, or systematically extract questions, solutions, or lessons;
  • resell, republish, redistribute, or share paid content in any form (including screenshots of question banks);
  • share your account or purchased access with others;
  • circumvent, probe, or attempt to defeat access controls or payment flows;
  • use the Service to build a competing question bank or train a model on our content.

6. Payments and refunds

Paid plans are one-time purchases processed by Razorpay. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy (7-day no-questions-asked window on all paid plans).

7. Non-affiliation and no guarantee

KnowMBA is an independent, privately operated study platform. KnowMBA is not affiliated with, associated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected to any examination authority, government body, university, bank, or admission authority whose examinations our study material targets — including, but not limited to, the Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA), the Consortium of National Law Universities, the Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS), the State Bank of India, the National Testing Agency, and the state authorities conducting the various MBA CETs. Examination names and abbreviations are used solely to describe the examination a given set of study material targets, and remain the property of their respective owners. KnowMBA does not guarantee any exam rank, score, admission, or seat allotment.

8. Study content disclaimer

We work hard to keep questions, solutions, and exam information accurate, and every screen has a “Report a problem” path — but errors can occur and an exam authority can change its rules at any time. Always verify dates, eligibility, and exam rules against the official notification or information bulletin published by the authority that conducts your exam. That document prevails over anything on this site.

9. Termination for abuse

We may suspend or terminate access, without refund, for material violation of Section 5 (acceptable use) or fraudulent payment activity. Where practical we will warn you first.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms; the effective date above changes when we do. Material changes are flagged on this page. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Karnataka, India have exclusive jurisdiction.

12. Grievances and contact
